superadmin change* MAJOR PROBLEM
 

I just recently bought a website that is a vbulletin page and need to change the super admin to myself. I have searched and searched and have yet to figure it out. I have changed the user id# and can not seem to get this right. When I add myself I get an error on line 32. If no one knows what I am talking about I can post it. So I logged in as user 1 and still can not get through the permission section in admin panel. I can only do this through the host in my file manager so please help!
