CMS CMS Not Active
 

My (v. 4.00 PL1) HOME button (content.php) produces Internet Explorer 8's "What do you want to do next?" page (thus* my CMS does not open). [Blog is fine]

Both CMS and Blog have drop down menus in admincp.

Both appear under Plugins "Manage Products" .

Is there another step needed to activate the CMS?
