Why do I have this big border
 

I am trying to tweak my site a little.

As you will see in the picture* I have a page background with a color of like beige. That background sticks out so far on the sides (as pictured) how can I bring that in closer so I can see more of my background image on the sides. I would like it about the same width all the way around as the top.
