Forum Help please
 

I have 2 problems with this* it isnt the blue background- I know I have to change a template for that* but I changed some colours * and the side title eg My messages has gone to a width of 865* on the default skin its 365* but I have no idea how or where to fix it. I put on the picture what firebug shows* would be greatfulfor ay help on this* plus if anyone can tell me what stlye var willchange the background of the friends and contacts box in the middle I would also be very pleased:)
