CMS Two Questions...
 

1) A patch update has been released today* but I'm operating VB4 Gold. Do I still need to add the patch?

2) I've trawled the forum* and can't find an answer to this question* even though there probably is one:

How do I test out user permissions? Via phpBB3* I could simply edit their profile in ACP* and test out user permissions like that. How do I do it in VB4?
