Suite Styling messed up after upgrading
 

I upgraded from vb4 beta4 to Gold patch 1. After upgrading* things have gotten fairly misaligned: http://sdkiphonedeveloperforum.com/index.php. If you click an article or the forums link* you can see how out of place everything is.

If I re-upload the files* will I need to run the install again or is there another way to fix this? I'm thinking to re-upload the files in case I missed a folder* since I did three uploads in sections until all files were uploaded.
