Forum Cannot upload avatar* social group icon
 

On my VB4 Publishing Suite 4.0 (both RC4 and PL1) test installation* for some reason* I cannot upload a member avatar or upload an image icon for a social group. I can create a thread in the forum however and upload an attachment* with no problems.

If I upload an image as an avatar* I get the following:

If I upload a social group icon* I get the following:

FYI* Safe Mode is OFF on my server and Admin CP->Server Settings and Optimization Options->Safe Mode Upload Enabled is NO.

Any ideas?
