CMS rss widget doesn't support arabic letters?
 

hi there*
i tried to use rss widget by putting arabic rss which are:
1- http://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline/49263332.rss
2- http://www.bbc.co.uk/arabic/index.xml

but unfortunally it apeared "??????"

so my question does rss widget support arabic or not? and how can i fix this problem because it's important for my forum.
