hey guys* i have been searching for awhile* i cant seem to find anything* so i decided to ask

In the image above* i want to change the forumbits background image/color* does anyone know how? (the one in the red)

also* i want to change the the bar below the forumhead_bg that has the description of the category in it. ? (the one in the green)
