CMS Refreshing page is spiking server load....
 

I load my CMS up in the browser.

I press CTRL+F5 my load on the server slowly starts to rise.

After 10-15 refreshes of the page it's starting to get really high

After 30 refreshes it's almost at a load average of 3.

Only 4 articles posted to it everything else is default except my skin..
