All Members Denied Access to Login (Except for Administrator)
 

Just went through tons of troubleshooting to find this problem.

In VB 4.0* if none of your members can log in* check this out.

In Admin CP* go to VBulletin CMS > Permissions and make sure the Usergroup that are being denied have Read access to the front page.
