please help * Urgent and seriously my iphone just gives the apple logo and can't star
 

1st sry my laptop has no arabic keyboard
my iphone has a fatal problem * i downoaded boss prefs from cydia from 2 days
then now i did restore network settings to get over the wifi problem but my iphone is just giving me nothing but the apple logo and everywhile it doesblinking off and then the apple logo again
i tried to connect it to the iphone to do restore but the computer doesn't read it
what can i do please help urgently*
