Where to host?
 

Completely new to this and havent really researched the SQL stuff yet. My first and main question is after buying the software* where is the most reliable* cost effective place to host that MAINTAINS A BACKUP?

I have read a lot of info from 2008 on here about GoDaddy being unreliable but has that changed in the past year?

I use them for all my domain purchases and have found their customer service to be very top notch but some of the stuff I have read about their hosting is not favorable.
