Signatures not working
 

Can anyone help I`m seriously tearing my hair out* none of the signatures on my forums will work* anyone have any idea what it would be ? I`m lost at the moment and been googling for hours* not alot on the net about signature issues


Would really appreciate some guidance from peeps that know better
