Need some explaining...
 

Okay* so I have two Owned vBulletin Licenses and they are set to expire in Feb. Now* you are telling me that I need to pay $175 EACH to upgrade my licenses to use vB 4.x when it's released? Or am I missing something here? I could see making people with regular yearly licenses upgrade* but I paid the extra money for an owned license ($160) and now I need to pay an additional $175 to upgrade? Really?!
