Calendar User can choose other calenders like Hijri calendar

- I suggest to add the ability for the user to choose other calendars to display timestamp in* like Hijri calendar for example.
- also to be used anywhere like in Calendar* or ACP* posts..
- also to display posts time in two calendar types as an option
