vb4 suite pre-sale licence questions
 

planning to run vb4 suite from a new site.. few questions

1) do i have to specify a domain where it will be used when I purchase it through vbulletin?

2) can I run 2 copies of vbulletin* one on LOCALHOST for *TESTING* purpose and one on the actual domain

3) if i have to specify a domain when purchasing vbulletin4* can the domain name be changed as many times as i like? i understand this means removing all traces of vbulletin from the old site* i want to know if there is a limit to how many times i can 'transfer' vbulleting to another domain* all under my name

4) the copyright at the bottom* what is the MINIMUM that must be displayed if i am doing a custom skin? Must the word vbulletin be a LINK?

5) is the "Powered by vBulletin" in the TITLE of the homepage can be removed?

6) is there any money back guarantee?

7) does vbulletin work in FASTCGI PHP 5 mode (that is what draemhost my host is using)

8) is there usenet/newsgroup support built in?
