Trouble reading polls in 3.8 from past versions of VB
 

I purchased a website that was previously running VB2.3.
We now have upgraded to 3.8

When I have run the weekly photo contests since March* I use the polls in VB to create them.
The poll post shows a thumbnail of each of the 6 finalists

Thing is now that we have moved to a new server* upgraded all the software* the thumbnails in all the previous polls or any current polls I try to create do not show up.
