Moderate New Member Bypass
 

I have set the Moderate New Members option to yes. However some bogus registrations (Russian IP's) bypass the moderation and go straight to becoming fully registered members (i.e. I haven't approved them).

I'm the only person approving new members.

Is there someway to stop this? Or am I doing something wrong?
