I dont see CMS and Blog options?
 

I am an existing vBulletin user who just purchased the vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite* and installed the vBulletin 3.8 Publishing Suite stable version.

But* it looks like the standard vBulletin forum. Am I missing something* does the CMS and Blog need to be downloaded and/or installed separately?
