Permissions Moderator merging threads

I am totally agree with this guy and I found this message because I searched for a modification that will split the "manage threads" permission.

Look at it like this:
I would like to give a moderator and access to stick and unstick threads* but I have to give him also permissions for merging threads* moving threads... that should not be like that.
we would like to control on every specific permissions... please think about it and I hope you will agree with me and decide to implement it in the next versions.
