Styles Seperate "navbar_tab_background" from Toplinks for better Control of the Theme
 

All I wanted was to change the background color of the toplinks.
The only way to do this was the "navbar_tab_background".
But what if I want to have the navbar as it is now (default colors) and the toplinks with green background?
Can't do it. There is no stylevar to do it.

I can't control the theme/style as I want without editing the templates.
