I'm starting a new site (to go live when VB4.0 goes gold).

I'm just wondering if anyone here has general/examples of terms and conditions I can cut and shunt.

A) Forum rules
B) Website Terms and Conditions
C) Privacy Policy

Also does anyone have a site that offers benifits to members when they pay a subscription (bigger avatars and things)* as I'd be interested in how you cover that.

Same with advertisers and sponsors of your forum.
