Purchasing VB 4.0 Publishing Suite
 

Hello*
I never used vB before* and I'm planning to purchase a license for 4.0 * and i would like to know the followings please:

1.Does it fully support Arabic Language? the Forum & CMS? site and admin control panel?
2.I need customized Theme (Style)* would this be available? is there any additional fees?
3. Are the extra Mods and Hacks available for Arabic Language? are they free?
4.Finally* is it required to renew the license yearly? or it is a life time license?
