Question: how to access and work the CMS and blog
 

Hi*
One of my customer has recently bought Vbulletin 4 attracted by the CMS and forum.

i have all installed and the forum is working fine* however I can't find any doc or assistance on the CMS and blog.
i need to create a couple of pages with the CMS and start a blog but i don't know how. I can't see anything of the sort on the admin control panel and when contacting support I have been told it is not available.

Any pointer would be appreciated.
