[ADS] Show Ad from Date to Date
 

In the ads manager I want the option to show an ad from a date to another date.

This is useful so that we can charge for an ad for a certain block of time (week* day* month* whatever)* add the ad before the start date (so we don't forget)* have it start displaying right at midnight* then have it remove itself at the end of the time block they bought (again* so that we don't forget).

It would not be hard to implement and is absolutely essential.
