SMF to VB - Child Board
 

Hi*
Currently Running - SMF 1.1.11 - installed in domain.com/forum
VB 3.8 + Impex

As suggested in this thread* http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...mporting-HOWTO * I used the database and was able to import data but in a different directory domain.com/test

1. After the imports* I had some child boards in the original forum that don't show on domain.com/test but they do show up in domain.com/test/parent [After visiting the parent]* is their some setting to make them appear as child board on the homepage itself ?

2. Now I would like to upgrade domain.com/forum I am not sure if I am supposed to delete the SMF files before I upload the VB files to the same directory or not ? Can you please help me here.
