Better error messages
 

Currently you get this message if you don't have permission to do something:

1. You are not logged in. Fill in the form at the bottom of this page and try again.
2. You may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post* access administrative features or some other privileged system?
3. If you are trying to post* the administrator may have disabled your account* or it may be awaiting activation.

The administrator may have required you to register before you can view this page.

It would be nice if this could be customised depending on why the user couldn't see the page.

ie:

Members who are not registered and are trying to post would get the option to register or sign in
Members who are logged in but are trying to reach a section not available to them could be given messages based on their permissions* ie:

* You cannot view this section as it is for Moderators only
* You need to have made 500 posts to see this section
* This section is for Premium members only* to find out about the benefits of upgrading* click here

etc etc
