Notices Diplay notice if... User is in browsing specific location | Custom Condition
 

I would like the option to display a notice if a user is browsing a location.
For example* have teh notice show for the UserCP.
A plus would be to also be able to specify any PHP code condition.

For example these would be the options in the Notices Manager (admincp):
[] User is browsing _________
[] Custom conditional code ___________

In the first the admin can specify a file such as misc.php* usercp.php* online.php* faq.php* etc.
OR you can make it a dropdown of standard vBulletin files* or even "THIS_SCRIPT" values.

The second option can be there as a "For Advanced Admins Only" option where we can add our own conditional code* making the notices system very powerful.
Example usage could be (THIS_SCRIPT == 'profile' AND $_REQUEST['do'] == 'editsignature')
