Email issues after server move
 

Before the server move ACP > vBulletin Options > Email Options were:

Allow Users to Email Other Members = Yes
Use Secure Email Sending = Yes
SMTP Email = Yes
SMTP Host = 127.0.0.1
SMTP Port = 25

It all worked OK

After we moved to a new server and new ISP the email for PM's and activations stopped for some users* mostly NTL and Sky.

I have tried various different settings but still end up with the same problem. At the moment SMTP is set to No* to use PHP().

The odd thing is that I can send and email to a user from ACP > Users > Send Email to Users and he gets it* but he cannot get an email of a PM.

I am baffled as to why. Some enlightement will be greatfully appreciated.
