upgrade from 3.8 to 4.0 questions
 

whats the difference between the Upgrade to vBulletin 4.0 Forum and Upgrade to vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite? also I am running the 3.8 will this effect my current skin and all my plugings I installed??* will I have to redo everything over again?? the 3.8 has lots of glitches and I cant stand it:mad:
