Can not restart Impex import
 

I tried to import my phpbb2 forum to an empty vbulletin install. The first import failed (don't know why it just hung half way through)

It seems I can not attempt another import. When I click import I get as far as inputting the customer number and then I wait* and wait* and wait for it to load the next screen before eventually it times out.

Any ideas?
