Exporting forum configuration

Couple of questions. I guess this is from a back-up of work point of view and also should I want to create another forum (and therefore another edition of VB) with similar content* would i be right in thinking:

I can export the style template as .xml and be able to import to the new forum which would inherit the same fonts* background colours* menu buttons etc.

I can export (and import) the users.

I can export the forum titles and sub forums.
