I want to build a site* something like http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/content.php itself

That is*

A forum*
A home page which shows contents from forums (top posts etc)* and Custom articles.
And few more custom tabs

Which one i should go for* VB 4 publishing suite or this is doable just with VB 4 forum ?.
