parse errors
 

I am moving a clients site from one domain to another and they are changing licenses* they have their new license installed and working fine (default install). After uploading the database with all the information in it that they need moved over we are getting the following errors. I have also globally disabled all plugins and still having the same errors. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
