trouble in vBulletin-China
 

Sorry for my poor English.

I noticed that the official vBB in China(http://www.vbulletin-china.cn) is not work for weeks (or months).

I would like to konw if is this site the legal official vBB in China? Or something happened* there is no vBB in China right now?

By the way* is the English version licence suitable for Chinese version? If I want to use vBB and transelated in Chinese* where can I get it?
