I Would like to know How to let the POST's HTML Code goto DB Without being converted to BBCODE ?

I know how dangerous it and I'll do all the essential cleaning don't worry I'm aware of this but how do I do it without messing a lot with the code . . I did it already but with a lot of messing with the code is there a clean way to do it from the settings ? and I Can Make a plugin that cleans all the harmful code . . .

or if there's any possible way to make a bbcode to give the Text a background color please let me knwo . .
