Post reports - able to report staff and self
 

I've noticed that I am able to report myself as the webmaster and users are also able to report themselves or someone from any usergroup (including the administrator).

I remember it wasn't like this before. Was this a purposeful thing or is it not supposed to happen? Anyway how would one disable the reporting of forum staff?

vB version: 3.8.4 PL1.

(I do have plugins installed but I have tested with them globally disabled.)
