vBulletin Bug* please help Users getting automatically promoted.
 

For some reason I've seen this happening 4 times in the last year or so..
a random user that just registers on the forums gets promoted to Super Moderator for no reason.
So I have to manually switch them to regular members.
Not sure why this is happening.
It only happens once in a while.
Anyone got any idea on what this could be?
