Vbulletin will not work good for me if I download from here*then how do I do?
 

I would like set up Chinese language for my site* I would like oder VB4 suite NOW* and now I only can buy from vbulletin.com* and rightnow the vbulletin-china.cn still close (their website shows that they still have problem* and I don't know if I can download from there after they open again) I think if I download from vbulletin.com and put chinese language package by ourseves* and it will has problem as vbulletin-china.cn* So* what I can do?

VB team please tell me:

Can I order from English site now?
Do I have to wait vbulletin-china.cn open again? Will they have the Chinese version that let people who use Chinese to download after they open again? Or we only can download from English site?
