Banned Members
 

I uploaded the a userdata base manualy but have one problem. Not all the usergroup where on the new site so what I think happend is that any user without a usergroup there they where all moved to (COPPA)Users Awaiting Moderation* which acts like a banned member.

The problem I have is when ever I look at all members in the (COPPA)Users Awaiting Moderation usergroup it comes up empty. I know that there are members in the group because I get emails or pms from members asking me to fix there accounts and there are set in the (COPPA)Users Awaiting Moderation as the primary.
