Is this possible? (vB 4 transfer)
 

Hello everyone*

I'm really interested on buying a vB 4 license (for either Publishing Suit or Classic Forum). Though* I saw some people were selling owned license for different reasons* and I'd like to know if it's legal to buy it from those people. Is it possible to transfer to a new user?
