There is a problem with non English characters
 

There is a problem with non English characters in Showthraed.php and Forumdisplay.php. The database is set up correctly* and output good enough for forum.php. but when you must find the thread or the subject is never found ....
In the old 3.8 there were no problems* it is 4.0 which is an extra part in the link into the database. This is not working. Why I do not know* because everything is set up correctly.
