A feedback/suggetion channel for non-license holders

I thought about suggesting* or rather pointing out something in the current advanced search that I feel is not right* but I'm not allowed to post in the proper threads. It would be nice if there was an obvious way or a place for people like me to post more detailed feedback and suggestions. I don't think this particular forum is really set up for that.
