User Not Accepting Private Messages From Moderators
 

Is it possible to remove the option for users to not receive PMs from moderators. I know I can force the option on via ACP* but is there a global built in setting to remove that option altogether?

My problem is that a prolific poster recently got himself banned* and I feel that the problem lay in the fact that he refused all communication by private message. I realise now I could have switch them on via ACP* but I'm rather against the idea in principle that users should be allowed to ignore a moderation PM.

Is this built in or do I need to go hunting on .org?
