Illegal User Names
 

There's some spammer that keeps coming to my forum with the name BuyPillsOnline. I typed in "buypills" as an illegal user name but yet he still managed to register himself. Does this mean the case of the letters in the name mean something? I must use the following as banned user names: BuyPills buypills Buypills and buyPills?
