CMS Tie Ratings With Comments?
 

I was just curious if the ratings could be tied to the comments for articles etc? Is there already a way to prevent spamming of ratings and/or moderate ratings like comments? If not* I would like to suggest ratings be tied to comments to prevent abuse and to allow the ratings to be of higher quality.
