When using SMTP all "reply to" fields equal the SMTP settings when using contact form
 

I have setup my email to be sent via SMTP* I use to use the PHP mail().

Now when someone sends me an email using this:

The from email address is the SMTP account I used. Not their email* so I can't simply hit reply in Outlook. Why would this change between the two settings. Is there a way to use SMTP and still have the From email be the email the user typed into the form above?
