Registration IP question!
 

Hey there just a question about IP Addresses.

I have a member that i believe is creating multiple accounts with different names.

I have logged in as the Admin and checked out his profile and taken his IP Address from it. Then in the Administration Panel i have gone to Search IP Address and entered it.

It has come back with two sections. One that is called Post IP Address which comes up with his username in.

The other section is called Registration IP Address which comes up with his name* and two other accounts* that have not made any posts yet.

Would i be correct in assuming these are other accounts he has made with different email addresses because the registration IP Address is the same?
