Forum Upgrade from 3.8.1 PL1 to 3.8.4 PL1
 

HI Guys*

I have always paid someone to do the upgrades for me.

I can no longer afford to do this* so I will have to do it myself. :)

The last person to upgrade the forum for me* Put a "Test forum" and a "Live forum" on there for me* I would chose between the two (to view) from the drop down menu.

How would I be able to change the both of them please?

There are areas of the Live forum that I do not want changed (ie Smilies) so I have removed that foilder so that it doesn't overwrite my custom smilies. That's right* Isn't it?

I would then need to do an upgrade on the test forum* Yes? with All the files* None removed for this* Correct?

How exactly* in Laymans terms* would I do that please?
